The FL100 Grow White LED top-light is a fixture emitting light in the photosynthetic active region of the visible light spectrum. The Grow White spectrum was developed by growers with special lighting requirements and offers a full continuous spectrum. It is a combination of the Grow and the Sunlight spectrum, and combines the best of both worlds. This spectrum is used in production areas where a higher photosynthetic activity is required, or by growers requiring supplementary lighting where colour recognition and rapid, healthy growth are key factors.
Senmatic LED solutions suit most modern production greenhouses in the world and are designed to withstand the harsh environment of a greenhouse and keep working year after year. The minimalist design means easy installation using standard connection technology, and with a minimal shadow footprint, the FL100 Grow White is able to produce good quality plants year round. This makes it a natural replacement for the conventional HPS systems used today. The FL100 LEDs are especially suitable for growing in layers, they can be interconnected and are suited for vertical farming.
One of the major benefits of this fixture is the ability for control. Investing in a controllable LED fixture means you always have the option to change the light to keep up with new research findings, a new culture/culture stage, or simply to dim the fixture when less light is required. Simply put, an investment in the FL100 will not leave you with a fixed spectrum but lead to endless possibilities. The light spectrum can be designed for individual crops in combination with DGT by Senmatic’s LED Light Controller or LCC4 Climate Control systems.
The FL100 Grow White is designed with an optical lens system that enables a traditional installation plan similar to HPS with homogenous distribution profile on plant level.
