MeacoDry Arete One 25L Dehumidifier / Air Purifier

The Arete is a small but powerful dehumidifier, which is highly efficient and ultra-quiet.

This machine has been designed with domestic or very light commercial use in mind, so it may not be robust enough to tackle larger or more formidable grow environments. But for growers with small systems, or where additional dehumidification is necessary (i.e. in ancillary rooms), then this dehumidifier presents a cost effective solution.

Arete has a large, 4.8 litre tank, which is ergonomically designed with an integrated carry handle for ease in carrying and emptying. It also boasts a pouring spout on both the left and right side, so there’s no need for twisting or changing hands to pour out the water. In addition to the tank, Arete also has a hose adaptor which allows you to hook up and standard garden hose to the unit for continuous drainage.

As an air purifier, Arete includes a H13 HEPA filter. This is a medical-grade filter that cleans the air during dehumidification, and can also be used as a stand-alone purifier when the dehumidification function is unnecessary.

Arete can remove 7 litres of water a day in room conditions of  20 °C and 50 % RH, rising to 17.5 litres at 20 °C and 80 % RH.
