The best time to harvest Amaranth Green Giant microgreens for optimal flavor is when they have reached a height of around 2-4 inches (5-10 cm) and have developed a good set of leaves. At this stage, the microgreens will have a good balance of flavor and texture.
To harvest Amaranth Green Giant microgreens, use clean scissors or a sharp knife to cut them just above the soil level, leaving the roots behind. Rinse the harvested microgreens gently under cool water to remove any soil particles.
